For the Sheriff’s Office
Establish a culture of accountability, professionalism, and service to the community.
Improve response resources for Monterey County communities.
Collaborate with local leaders in Monterey County and the Sheriff’s leadership team to create an agency-wide strategic plan with measurable, specific, and achievable goals.
Work with the Sheriff’s Office Corrections Division to provide a safer and more secure environment for the inmates in our custody and care.
